- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at henk@salissolar.com to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

Prepare the Item
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any documentation, manuals, and accessories.
- Ensure the package is sealed properly to avoid any damage during transit.

Shipping the Return
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Inspection and Processing
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or send out an exchange item within 7 business days.

Refund Details
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
- If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also refund the original shipping cost.
- If you paid via credit card or YOCO, the refund will be issued to the same account. If you paid by bank transfer, please provide your banking details for the refund.
- A handling fees of 10% will be deducted from the refund.

Partial Refunds
- In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This includes items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at henk@saliessolar.com. We will arrange for the item to be returned and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Cooling-Off Period for Direct Marketing Purchases
If you made a purchase as a result of direct marketing, you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 5 business days. During this time, you can cancel your purchase and return the item for a full refund without any penalty.

- Delivery Time: Available for select locations within major cities. Orders must be placed before 10 AM.
- Cost: R150 flat rate.

Shipping Locations
- National Shipping: We ship to all provinces within South Africa.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take longer and may incur additional costs. We will inform you of any additional charges before shipping.

- Order Confirmation: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Weekends and Public Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
